Repair Process

If the damage to your vehicle requires us to gain access to other areas, we utilize the proper equipment to handle the specific repairs needed.

Refinishing Process
After your vehicle’s body and frame work has been completed and inspected, we apply the finest quality catalyzed, urethane primer surfacer. Our primer meets or exceeds all manufacturer specifications for paint preparation.
The next step is to produce the proper color match for your vehicle, utilizing our Dupont Touch Mix computer systems. These computers guarantee a flawless color match and even provide us with shading tips for custom-color jobs.
We then sand, mask, and clean the surface before the paint is expertly applied. First, an epoxy primer coat is applied, followed by a base color coat, and finally an acrylic urethane clear coat. The finish is then baked to ensure that the repair is invisible and your vehicle meets or exceeds factory specifications.
